PodoFeet Health & Foot Care Clinic

Professional foot care in Astley, Greater Manchester, with a personalised and holistic approach.

PodoFeet Health & Foot Care Clinic provides professional foot and nail care from our clinic at 393 Manchester Road, Astley, M29 7BY, serving patients from Astley, Tyldesley, Worsley, Walkden, Leigh, Bolton, Manchester and surrounding areas.

Our aim is to provide more than a single treatment. We focus on understanding each patient, the condition affecting them and how it impacts their comfort, mobility and everyday life.

From routine foot health care to advanced nail treatments, ingrown toenail management and nail reconstruction, every appointment is approached with professionalism, attention to detail and individual care.

Our Mission

Our mission at PodoFeet is to provide safe, professional and personalised foot care in a welcoming clinical environment.

We believe that comfort starts with your feet, but effective care should also consider the person as a whole.

Every patient has different needs, lifestyle factors and concerns. That is why our approach combines careful assessment, appropriate treatment, prevention and ongoing advice rather than focusing only on the immediate problem.

Ingrown & Involuted Toenail Care

Ingrown and involuted toenails can cause pain, pressure and inflammation and may make everyday activities uncomfortable.

Where appropriate, we offer the UniBrace System, a non-surgical toenail correction method designed to support the management of ingrown and involuted toenails.

Toenail Reconstruction & Smart Shape

Damaged, traumatised or partially missing toenails can affect both comfort and confidence.

PodoFeet provides professional toenail reconstruction treatments designed to restore the appearance of damaged nails while supporting safe nail care.

PodoFeet is also home to the Smart Shape Nail Reconstruction System, created by Dorota Zelechowska to support precise, natural-looking reconstruction of damaged toenails and fingernails.

A Holistic & Multidisciplinary Approach

PodoFeet is continuing to develop into a multidisciplinary health and wellbeing clinic.

We believe that patients benefit when professionals communicate, collaborate and understand when another specialist may be better placed to help.

Alongside Foot Health Practitioner services, we are developing the clinic to bring together carefully selected independent health, beauty and wellbeing professionals who share our standards of professionalism, safety and patient care.

Education, Training & Professional Development

PodoFeet is not only a foot care clinic. Education and professional development are an important part of what we do.

  • Advanced Pedicure Training

Training combines practical skills, clinical experience and professional standards, helping foot care and nail professionals develop their confidence and improve the quality of care they provide.
