Terms and Conditions

APPOINTMENTS: 

* Appointments are made by phone or electronically (email, messenger, text message, WhatsApp) 

*By booking an appointment and paying a deposit, the patient/ client confirms that they accept the regulations  

* Podofeet reserves the right to change the appointment time and inform the patient/client about the change. 

  

DEPOSIT 

* A deposit is required to be paid within 24 hours of making the appointment. 

* The deposit is paid directly to the bank account. 

* If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of booking the appointment is not confirmed and can be cancelled.

* The deposit remains until the conclusion of the therapy and is deducted at the final appointment (for long-term therapy).  

CANCELLATION 

*The deposit will be fully refunded if the appointment is cancelled no less than 24 hours before the visit. 

*The deposit will be returned within 7 working days. 

CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS 

*The patient/ client is allowed to change an appointment once without incurring a loss of the deposit. 

* Subsequent changes may be subject to the deposit policy outlined above. 

ATTENDANCE POLICY 

* For appointments, please ensure that only the patient/ client attends. Additional attendees may not be accommodated due to space constraints or privacy considerations. 

* Visitors to the clinic are kindly requested not to bring children as accompanying persons, as children are not covered by insurance.

CHILD APPOINTMENT POLICY 

*For appointments involving children, please note that only one parent is allowed to accompany the child. This ensures a focused and effective session and manages space and privacy considerations. 

*Any child present in the clinic must be under the full supervision of a parent or guardian.
